Women at RealFoundations Program Launches

March 2017 | Dallas, TX – RealFoundations is proud to announce the 2017 launch of Women at RealFoundations (‘WRF’) – a voluntary, employee-led group established to promote professional development, build presence and encourage mentorship among the women at the firm. Led by Justyna Brooks, HR Manager; Naomi Souza, Director of Presence and Assets; and Lauren Stokes, Director of Managed Services-Technology, WRF will serve as a resource for its members by fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace aligned with RealFoundations’ organizational mission, values, business practices and objectives via regularly scheduled activities throughout the year.

As a kickoff event, on Friday, March 10, 2017, WRF brought together 30+ of the most tenured women within the firm to participate in a Women’s Leadership Workshop, facilitated by Felix Weiner Consulting Group. Felix Weiner has provided presentations and leadership coaching to some of the most respected names in real estate. The workshop focused on personal brand, presentation skills, networking tips, personal accomplishment stories, admiral leadership traits and unconscious bias. The event allowed participants to reflect on traits and habits with an eye toward improvement.

Momentum from this event is being carried forward with a series of quarterly firm-wide activities aimed at advancing short and mid-term goals of visibility, participation, presence growth and professional network expansion. For additional information, please contact Justyna Brooks.
