Beginning in 2000 with 18 employees and one client, Dallas-based Granite Properties, RealFoundations now operates out of four continents, delivering global solutions across three practice areas: Management Consulting, Managed Services and Energy Solutions. Recognizing the growing demand for a real estate-specific consulting firm, founders Chris Shaida, Mark Callin, and David Stanford created RealFoundations following Cap Gemini’s acquisition of Ernst & Young’s consulting business.
