RF Participates in EPRA Mentoring Programme
Narrowing the Gender Diversification Gap at Public European Companies
January 2017 | London, UK – The European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) has developed a rapidly growing mentoring program aimed at narrowing the gender diversification gap that is present at high-level management and boardroom positions of publicly listed European companies. By pairing talented females in the workforce with senior real estate executives, EPRA’s forward-looking program assists with guiding women in meeting their career goals.
RealFoundations’ Consultant, Irina Lenchuk, is an active member in the program whose dedicated work performance continues to impress her mentor, Rachel Lavine, CEO of Gazit-Globe and Vice-Chairman of Atrium European Real Estate.
RealFoundations has been a strong advocate of promoting successful women within the workforce throughout its history and became an early adopter of EPRA’s diversification program after its establishment in 2015. As stated by Andrew Carey, RF Managing Director, “[It] is part of our global culture programme to support diversity in the workplace and RealFoundations [is] extremely appreciative of the high-quality mentoring provided by the EPRA mentors to our staff.” Click below to read the full article.
