Brad Sill Elected to OSCRE Board of Directors
Focused on the Development and Implementation of Global Standards
February 2015 | London, UK – OSCRE International, a corporate member–based organization focused on the development and implementation of global standards for real estate information exchange, today announced this year’s Board of Directors, which includes a new chairperson, eight incumbents and five newly elected members. Brad Sill, a ReaFoundations Director, was elected to the board. Sill is a member of the firm’s Management Consulting practice and is focused on real estate for multi-unit retailers and corporate occupiers. He has more than 15 years real estate industry experience, primarily developing Walmart International’s global real estate systems strategy. In this role, Sill was responsible for systems transformation in all aspects of the retailer’s business development lifecycle, including strategic planning, market analysis/site assessment, financial analysis, design & construction, property/lease administration, facilities maintenance, mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, business intelligence and analytics.
Sill implemented components of OSCRE Standards to manage Walmart International’s 6,300 stores and properties in 27 countries. Sill holds a degree in Accounting from Missouri Southern State University and was recognized in 2014 with a Digie Industry Impact Award by Realcomm for going above and beyond in positively impacting the real estate industry through the use of technology, automation and innovation.
