RealFoundations Elevates Three Practitioners to Senior Managing Consultant.
Alan Baron joined RealFoundations in 2013, adding 20 years of industry expertise to the firm. Baron’s background in property management and accounting solution design, spanning the homebuilding, construction, development and property management market sectors, empowers him to deliver high-value results to clients with complicated technology or strategy challenges. Baron currently is managing the first HomebuilderONE implementation for a public Top 10 homebuilder in North America. The ongoing project, one of the largest at RealFoundations, covers many functional areas and includes extensive customizations, new software development and complex integrations.
Brian Daugherty joined the firm in 2012 and has 15 years of experience providing solutions to real estate companies, further expanding RF’s ever-growing pool of knowledge and capabilities. Daugherty is an accomplished accounting and financial systems expert and well-versed in designing and implementing effective operational, organizational and technical strategies for some of RF’s largest commercial and residential clients. Most recently, he led RealFoundations’ largest client in the single-family homes sector through a post-merger systems integration project that consolidated both legacy operating portfolios into a single environment. This transition provided redesigned processes, procedures, and technology to accommodate operational effectiveness and future scalability as a unified organization.
Brad Sill, a member of the RealFoundations team since 2014 and a two-decade industry veteran, leads projects for large-scale retail, corporate, office and multifamily clients with complex operational, financial and technological challenges. Sill was the recipient of Realcomm’s prestigious ‘Digie’ award, which is given annually to outstanding companies, real estate projects, technologies and people who have gone above and beyond to positively impact the industry through the intelligent application of technology, automation and innovation. On his most recent engagement, Sill led RealFoundations’ consulting team in the largest multifamily REIT merger, transforming property management and accounting systems for scalability to support both current operations and future growth.
