Simon Parsons Joins RealFoundations London Office


September 2014 London - Simon Parsons has joined the RealFoundations London office as a Director. He will be working with clients across Europe and the Middle East, developing business opportunities, leading consultancy engagements and building RealFoundations' internal capabilities. Mr. Parsons has a history of managing client relationships up to C-suite level, working in partnership to develop innovative propositions to suit specific requirements and budgets. He has a particular interest in the application of advanced analytics to corporate property. Prior to joining RealFoundations, Mr. Parsons was the European lead for Enterprise Asset Management activities within IBM's Distribution Sector, which included the Retail, Business Services, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences and Travel & Transport industries. He was IBM’s UK consulting leader for Smarter Buildings and a founder-member of its Climate Change Centre of Excellence.

Mr. Parsons received an MBA from Warwick Business School. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer with experience in major capital projects. He has worked in various countries including France, Algeria, Singapore and Switzerland, as well as the UK, in public, private and semi-public organizations. Mr. Parsons is a full member of the Association for Project Management and the Chartered Management Institute. He sits on the Institution of Civil Engineers’ Management expert panel and its Asset Management sub-group.
