  • Evaluate current operations and identify short- and long-term opportunities for improvement
  • Define a baseline of operational and financial requirements, and identify solution alternatives based on the requirements
  • Generate a three year strategic information technology plan based on prioritized improvement opportunities, benefits, investment and viable solution alternatives
  • Select a homebuilding financial and operational application that is currently supported by a vendor, leveraging current technology and industry standards

  • Generated and managed the project work plans and team activities for both the strategic planning and solution selection activities
  • Conducted facilitated work sessions with land, product design, sales, design center, purchasing, construction, accounting, customer service and executive management personnel to define the current state processes and business issues
