Objective

  • Perform current state assessment of processes, applications, tools, data and reporting landscape
  • Evaluate current operations and identify short- and long-term opportunities for improvement
  • Define a baseline of operational and financial requirements, and identify solution alternatives based on the requirements
  • Generate a strategic information technology plan based on prioritized improvement opportunities, benefits, investment and viable solution alternatives

  • Generated and managed the project work plans and team activities for both the strategic planning and solution alternative analysis activities
  • Conducted facilitated work sessions with deal origination, underwriting, closing, development administration, loan servicing, property operations, asset management, portfolio management, accounting, information technology and executive management personnel to define the current state systems, processes and business issues
  • Summarized the business findings and provided specific recommendations for improvement to help resolve business issues
