Scott Wesson

Managing Director

Scott has more than 22 years of experience developing and deploying technology and process strategies, with a focus on leading change initiatives and driving valuable process improvements for real estate companies. Mr. Wesson’s expertise is in the areas of Real Estate Development, Acquisitions, Dispositions, Property Operations, Service and Maintenance processes.

Scott has implemented numerous Financial, Human Resource, Performance Management, Customer Relationship Management and On-site systems both in the United States and abroad. Equally important, Mr. Wesson designed the underlying business process changes to make these technologies impactful to the business.

Prior to joining RealFoundations, Mr. Wesson served for 11 years on the executive management team of AIMCO as Chief Information Officer and Chief Strategy Officer.
