Scott Morey
Managing Director
Scott brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate executive management consulting to RealFoundations, where he focuses on providing a range of real estate strategy, operational, process and technology consulting services to real estate owner, manager and service companies.
Mr. Morey has led our European practice since 2004 which is based in London. Scott has been influential in supporting the firm’s global client base and providing services to the property operations, corporate real estate and capital market industry segments. Current and past clients include Barclays, Equity Office, Forest City Enterprise, Hines, Irvine Company, Jones Lang LaSalle, Macerich, Mapeley, Simon Property Group, Wal-Mart's Real Estate Group, and Warner Bros.
Prior to RealFoundations, Scott has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Equity Office and also served as a Partner for Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal. Mr. Morey's recent honors include being named one of "40 under 40" rising stars in Chicago real estate by Real Estate Chicago, receiving the RealComm Digie Award for his leadership in the industry, and as a "Star to Watch" by Commercial Property News.
