Rob Stratton
Managing Director
Rob brings more than 25 years of consulting experience to RealFoundations, with a focus on providing services to real estate and residential construction firms. He has spent much of his consulting career with the large public accounting firms including Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young focusing on a wide variety of industries and a broad range of services. Rob’s background includes project work in business and technology strategy, business process improvement, and system implementations.
Mr. Stratton’s experience while with RealFoundations includes project work around business process improvement, business integration, and system implementation – primarily Oracle’s EnterpriseOne solution for construction and real estate firms. Rob has been involved in the implementation of the Oracle solution at K. Hovnanian Enterprises, Meritage Corporation, JF Shea, Suncal Companies and Signature Properties. He has further been involved with multiple business process improvement initiatives across RealFoundations’ industry verticals.
Prior to joining RealFoundations, Mr. Stratton was a Partner with Ernst & Young’s consulting division. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Rob spent time with Arthur Andersen and Digital Equipment Corporation.
Mr. Stratton lives in Laguna Hills, California with his wife and three children.
