Quinn Munton
Managing Director
Quinn brings more than 15 years of experience to RealFoundations in infrastructure engineering, energy management/procurement, building automation engineering and operations management and consulting, with a significant amount of this experience concentrated on the Owner/REIT, Commercial Real Estate, Retail, Multi-Family and Hospitality sectors.
Mr. Munton has led the Building Technology and Sustainability practice within RealFoundations for the past three years focusing on property operations, Green/LEED Building strategies and building system operations. Quinn has experience in portfolio and city wide strategic planning, engineering, implementation, operational business modeling, service and maintenance projects. He has directed client teams in the execution of long-range technology plans, large business improvement projects, packaged technology selections and implementations. Mr. Munton is also highly experienced in assisting management teams with the alignment of business strategy and operational execution. Some of his clients include: Macerich, Forest City Enterprises, The Irvine Company, The Walt Disney Company and The Related Companies.
Prior to joining RealFoundations, Mr. Munton served as Vice President of Operations and Engineering for a national telecommunications company. Prior to that, he worked as a Systems Manager developing the Southern California fiber infrastructure to support the Internet for Pacific Bell.
