Phillip E. Schell

Managing Director

Phillip brings more than 25 years of international business experiences to RealFoundations. He has spent the last ten years focusing on SAP solutions for homebuilders, construction companies, engineering companies, and real estate companies. Phillip's background includes project work in business and technology strategy, business process improvement, and system implementations. Phillip also brings extensive experience in utilizing ARIS reference models in business process management and ERP implementations.

Mr. Schell's experiences include John Laing Homes, Home Depot Supply, Home Depot Retail, Jim Walter Homes, Cavalier Homes, Marcus & Millichap, The Bonita Bay Group, Forest City Enterprises, The Irvine Company, Suncor Energy, ABB and Alstom.

Prior to joining RealFoundations, Mr. Schell was the Industry Director of Homebuilding, Construction and Real Estate for IDS Scheer. Prior to IDS Scheer Phillip had several international assignments with the Monsanto Company.

Mr. Schell lives in Tampa, Florida with his wife and children.
