Phillip McCorkle

Managing Director

Phillip has over 15 years of experience working within the engineering, construction and real estate markets, focusing primarily on commercial owner/operators and real estate investment firms. Phillip specializes in the implementation of technology solutions, project management and quality assurance, strategic information systems planning, operational diagnostic and process improvement, post merger integration, international deployment strategies and organizational change management.

Mr. McCorkle has built lasting relationships with several of the most respected names in the industry including: AIMCO, Atrium European Real Estate, Developers Diversified Realty, Equity One, Gazit Globe, Granite Properties, Hines Interests, JP Morgan, Liberty Property Trust, The Link REIT and Shorenstein. During his career, Phillip has managed the execution of global projects focusing on financial and property management functions, provided IT strategy and change management guidance, and provided oversight of post merger integration services.

Prior to joining RealFoundations as a founding employee, Phillip held consulting positions with Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal.

Mr. McCorkle resides in Dallas with his wife and daughter.
