Our Executive Team

David Srour

Managing Director

David brings over 20 years of industry leadership and experience to his work with Owner/Operators, REITs and Developers. He has extensive experience in IT strategic planning, process improvement, back office optimization, systems selection and systems implementation projects.

Mr. Srour and his teams have developed trusting relationships with some of the most respected real estate organizations in the world, including Simon Property Group, Inland Group of Companies and Related Companies.

Prior to joining RealFoundations, Mr. Srour was a Manager with Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group and Senior Manager with KPMG Consulting. In addition, David has served as a Chief Operating Officer in the technology industry and as Senior Director of IT in for a public office/REIT.

Mr. Srour lives in Florida with his wife and two children.
