Dan Sterk
Managing Director
Dan, one of our owner/operator/REIT service line leaders, brings over 15 years of industry expertise working exclusively in real estate and serving over 25 real estate organizations throughout his career. He has project experience in all facets of the real estate life cycle including the following processes: development, construction, leasing workflow/CRM, property management, and facilities management.
Mr. Sterk has built lasting relationships with some of the biggest and most respected names in real estate including: Liberty Property Trust, New Plan, Edens & Avant, Jones Lang LaSalle, and SiteStuff. Mr. Sterk has performed projects focused on Core Financials replacement, Enterprise Content Management, Business Intelligence/Portal Reporting, Workflow, and Overall IT Strategy/IT Organization as well as Merger Integration Services.
Prior to joining RealFoundations Mr. Sterk spent 8 years working with Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group. He is a member of ICSC and The Real Estate Council.
Mr. Sterk works out of the Dallas Headquarters of RealFoundations and resides there with his wife and son.
