Our Executive Team

Brian E. Utke

Managing Director

Brian is a leader in our homebuilding practice and brings over 20 years of experience in the homebuilding and real estate industries. A significant amount of this experience is concentrated in systems selections and implementations, merger and acquisition integration, operational and procedural process improvement and affecting positive change within organizations.

Mr. Utke leads our Denver office and has long-standing and trusted relationships with most top builders in the U.S. He has also forged relationships with real estate clients such as Wal-Mart and Westfield Corporation through successful engagements, and is considered a trusted advisor in these sectors.

Prior to joining RealFoundations, Mr. Utke was a Senior Manager with the Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group and Kenneth Leventhal & Company. Previously, Brian worked with the Tishman Companies, was a founder of a successful sole proprietorship, and worked for a developer. He spent over 9 years in a “Big 5” consultancy and served as a Controller and Director of Information Systems in the private sector.

Mr. Utke lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife and three children.
