Bob May
Managing Director
Bob’s role as Managing Director is to lead RealFoundations’ expansion into sourcing across the firm’s industry groups. He is specifically charged with ensuring that RealFoundations’ clients will experience the appropriate returns and performance on their investments in business process and technology improvements.
Mr. May brings more than 20 years of experience to RealFoundations, developing and deploying business process and technology sourcing strategies, with an emphasis in providing services to national and regional homebuilders. For his clients, he has created strategies and supervised implementations for automating key business processes, and has developed global outsourcing relationships.
Prior to joining RealFoundations, Mr. May founded and led the Homebuilder Solutions Division of Perot Systems Corporation, where he served as Vice President and General Manager. At Perot he also served as CIO under contract to multi-national companies, developing and implementing automated systems including enterprise resource planning (ERP), data warehouse, sales force automation, and business-to-business electronic commerce. He has also held positions at Electronic Data Systems (EDS), Platinum Software, and Boeing Electronics.
Mr. May lives in San Diego with his wife and three children.
